Sarah Hearn is a writer of satirical literary fiction and a former international official who has worked with and written for the British Government, the United Nations, NATO, the OECD, the World Bank, and others. She has been stationed in Afghanistan, Uganda, D.R. Congo, London, New York, and beyond.
